Teresa Bell has had direct experience moving through cancer treatments that affect sexual identity and believes that the products on offer must be designed by women for women. Teresa is a writer and performer with over thirty years’ experience producing artistic work. Teresa holds a Doctorate in Creative Arts, makes art and teaches in universities around Sydney.

James Martin’s career in science started with a Bachelor's in Medical Science followed by a Master's in Biotechnology. Working initially in the Agtech space in a company's R&D team, he has more recently spent 6 years within a management consultancy team assisting pharmaceutical clients commercialise their products. 18 months ago James ditched the suit and tie to focus on product design & prototyping, gaining skills for getting innovative products to market.

Catherine Manuel is a seasoned finance executive and board director with over 30 years’ experience spanning family offices, government, private equity, property, and financial services. A Chartered Accountant with a Master of Applied Finance, Catherine specialises in governance, complex transactions, and organisational transformation. She has held senior roles as CFO in Family Offices and was CEO of Cemeteries & Crematoria NSW. Catherine is recognised for her integrity, strategic mindset, and collaborative leadership.
